The purpose of the present module is to highlight and explicate the importance of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior for internal and external marketing outcomes. More specifically, this module will delve into core aspects of Human Resource Management (i.e. human resource management policies and practices) and Organizational Behavior (i.e. employee reactions, leadership, soft skills) which not only promote favorable customer outcomes but also provide marketing supervisors with the tools to manage effectively and efficiently their human resources.
